If we talk about dental diseases, then I would say that diseases like the tooth decay and gum disease are two of the most common human diseases.

Dental problems are among the most common health problems that are mainly seen in older adults. But these days, this problem has taken the shape of a very big problem. It is not only seen in adults but in children of very small age groups. It is a fact that over 65 percent people who have natural teeth have more tooth decay than any other age group. Dental problems are also responsible for poor nutrition. Unfortunately, these problems are handle in a proper way by older persons, particularly men.

A lot of problems like bad breath and dry mouth can also prove to be the symptoms of other serious health problems. Gum disease is a very severe dental problem. It has been found that gum diseases have an association with heart diseases and strokes. It is a fact that Gums tends to shrink with age. The shrinkage of gums leads to exposing the teeth to further decay or infection.
Gum diseases are linked with the inflammation of the gums and then it leads to further infection. We can prevent it with the help of implementing a good and careful teeth cleaning in our regular schedule. It is a fact that decayed teeth, are geared with certain bacteria that have the ability to spread throughout the body.
These bacteria can also make you more susceptible to other problems, like ear and sinus infections.
