Is Your Kid Obese?
Is your child fat? Is he obese? How will you find that out? Of course by looking at his health.
Have you looked at the health of your child? I am sure you have, because I can see the line of tension on your forehead. It means that Yes Your Child Is Fat...
Now you must be thinking that is it possible that you have to work a little harder to lose some weight?.......sure.
Will some of you have to go that far in order to achieve your goals?.........absolutely.
Parents, if your child is fat...........let me tel you, it's partially you're fault. Yes, and I mean it.
Of course one can not fully blame the parents for all this but at least you must stop going so easy on your kids.
Please please please, stop purchasing massive amounts of donuts, junk food, cookies, lard, canned food and processed foods for them IN BULK... This will ensure that you will cut those extra pounds right off of you and your kids...very very very quickly.
You can also follow these simple tips if you don't want that your child would become YOKUZUNA in future...
I don't want to give much emphasis on diet but I would rather say that you should control what your child eats day in and day out.
For example, in a breakfast, he takes
A lot of cereals, but they are rich in high-sugar... then he eats donuts and/or pastries... that of course are no less than a whole bunch off sugar...
Hmmm. Then he may have a greasy/fatty bacon ...French fries, high fat milk..... mind you, if your kid eats anything like this on a daily basis, then please don't cry on the fact that he is getting overweight, out of shape, and can't even participate in any kind of sports activity...please don't come to me crying after giving him all this in his BREAKFAST!!!
And tell me what would happen if your child would eat the following for his breakfast?
-Oatmeal , ½ grapefruit (not much sugar), whole wheat or similar toast ... in which low-fat butter is used, banana, orange juice/cranberry juice. Let me.. is this not a brilliant way to start the day rather than eating the junk?
"But it is a fact that children will NEVER eat that"
But tell me... if you will not inform them about the drawbacks of junk food, then who will do that for you? It's nice to be in control, isn't it? My advice, would be that you should take baby steps. You can gradually change the course with the passing period of time. Do not FORCE HIM.. Let him get used to each and every healthy item at a slower pace...
