Start the entire regime with keeping an eye on what you eat. Everything in your body is somewhere related to what you eat, and the layer of fat around belly proves it. Do not forget that only correct eating or doing fat burning exercises will not help you in getting a flat stomach. You will have to combine them together to see better results.
