With the advent of educational philosophy, there has been a growing concern about the children's development. In recent years, we have noticed a rise in educational standards and availability of instruction in this modern new world. As a result, many children have been diagnosed with some sort of dyslexic problem. The result has been quite disturbing, as the numbers which have been growing in at a fast rate. Many psychologists also say that children as young as 3 - 5 years old have begun to show symptoms of the learning disorder.

The term Dyslexia refers to a learning disability that primarily focuses on writing disability, particularly with reading and spelling. Although, the writing disability is very different from reading disorder, which results from certain causes, such as a non-neurological deficiency with vision or hearing, or from poor or inadequate reading instruction.

Various studies reveal dyslexia mainly results from disorder in some brain processes to read & write verbal language. Even though, dyslexia is a neurological problem it is not equivalent to intellectual disability. The disorder occurs at all levels of brainpower; sub-average, average, above average, and highly gifted. Findings also suggest that dyslexia affects only structural brain parts of a child depending on the language they read. As different part of the brain are used to read a particular language. This discovery surprised many researchers who started to hope that the findings will help lead them to any neurobiological cause for dyslexia.

In the past few years, more time and effort are being spend on therapies and structured learning to help these kids out. Hence, the only solution to overcome this problem is to identify the exact cause behind this learning disorder. Therefore, we need to continue the research to find out why this phenomenon is occurring at alarming levels.
