In the recent years, the idea of learning meditation has attracted many people. One of the basic reasons behind this is the popularity of loosing weight in the easiest possible manner. Medication also follow the same goal.
Some of the basic benefits achieved through meditation are calming the mind, centering the health, healing the body, etc. However, just like any other method of loosing weight, even medication takes time and practice and should not be seen as a quick fix.
It is a life long commitment to learn meditation, and there will be tough times as well. Generally, many people lose focus of their aim during these times. Some of the common excuses that people give when they stop are meditation wasn't what the person thought it was going to be, it was the wrong kind, etc.
Therefore, it is important for us to face these challenges with courage and not panic. In fact, we should train ourselves
to become one with God and how to give more to him.
Medication isn't about the time spent rather how well we are doing it. It is essential that the medication method that you're practicing is the right one for us. Everyone wants to experience happiness and bliss in their lives. While some may seek it through service, or even by lesser means (such as drugs, sex, and alcohol), but there are some people who opt for meditation to achieve this happiness.
Hence, if you're ready to face the challenges only then will you be able to achieve the state of bliss, which is the essential goal in learning any meditation techniques, postures, etc. otherwise, you'll not be able to achieve the positive side of medication and you may essentially give up and stop meditation altogether. So if you want to succeed in life then you must work hard and put your mind, body, and soul into it. In simple words, meditation is all about overcoming obstacles and achieving happiness and bliss.
