At times we get so sad and are unable to say what is making us feel this way. You might feel like crying and will seem like nobody is around to help you. At times even after knowing all the answers, you will still be unable to find the answer. Ask for help from family or take the advice of friends. In order to get concrete answers you should know how to help yourself, or seek professional help. If things get out of hand, opt for a medical help.
Go out and do window shopping. You can go to gym and work out. Buy an ice cream for yourself. It is advisable that you must pamper yourself once, when you need it most. It does not mean that you should eat everything you have in refrigerator, but do things that you like the most.
Reading can also prove to be of great help. It can sometimes figure out answers to the question of how to deal with life. Chatting and talking to people is also good. The moment when we are depressed, we have a tendency of allowing the personal bubble to eat us up. This will limit our words and actions and make us feel defenseless, helpless.
