Spring season means shredding the winter coats, going outdoors, walking in park and gardening. The arrival of the season also brings congestion, sneezing and itchy eyes problem. This is not just because of the physical symptoms, but also due to the feeling of left out. Here are 4 things you can do to look forward to this season.

Celebrate the Season Somewhere Else

Living in a city full of trees and flowers is not a place to celebrate spring. The best way is to plan a trip to some other place where you can enjoy snow and skiing. Research and plan a cruise with friends or family. If you want to cut out on the budget, stay at a friend's or relative's home. This will serve as a perfect idea for spending money on shopping, sightseeing and exploring the new town.

Starting Own Club

More than 10 million Americans suffer from different indoor and outdoor allergies. If you live in a city with high pollen count, then there will be thousands of others in the same boat with you. You can attend a weekly book club or a lunch club in a controlled environment and look forward to socialize with others in the season of spring. It is better to talk with the neighbors and friends about your plan and you will be surprised to find out how others have the same need.

Getting Fit Indoors

You can join a fitness center to run, pump iron, swim and socialize with the people having same fitness goal. Use time to tone your muscles, build endurance along with shedding extra pounds.

Volunteer

Living through an allergy season can be a pain, but set aside time every week to focus on the problems of others. You can choose a charity where you can work indoors and volunteer for many hours. The job can be as simple as answering the calls, mailing, working at church or making food for the homeless.
