Generally speaking, when people want to lose weight, they want to lose it permanently, however due to several reasons they tend to gain it all within some time.

Moreover, one can't continue to take these pills forever, with the inevitable result that when you stop taking them, the weight comes back right on.

Permanent weight loss can really only be done by changing your lifestyle and dietary habits. To lose weight and keep it off, you have to learn new habits. Once you develop new habits, you will be well on your way to permanent weight loss.
