So you have the detected the stone in your kidney? First of all I would like to tell you that there is nothing to worry as it is quiet common. It is a very common thing these days especially when we know that the lifestyle of we people is so very uncommon. Not to mention the bad eating effects that we indulge in our day to life! But now that you have the kidney stone, then we must think as to how we can help our body pass kidney stones? And once you will be able to remove the stone, you must focus on preventing future formations. Keep these things in mind:
Drink lots of water.
My first tip is that you must drink loads of water to dissolve that stone. Coconut water is also extremely beneficial! It is usually recommended that one should drink eight glasses of water, but if you’ve had stones before, you’ll have to chug down at least 14 glasses. But please
take care that when I am saying water, then it means water only. No soft drink or something like that.
Drink lots of lemonade.
My second tip is that you must drink loads of lemonade as citrate prevents the formation of kidney stones.
Please stay away from oxalate-rich food.
Let me give you the example of those harmful foods that I am talking about: Beets, wheat germ, peanuts, black Indian tea, sweet potatoes, chocolate, rhubarb, soybean, and spinach. Please please please avoid them.
Cut down the intake of salt in your food.
Too mush salt in your diet can lead to excessive calcium deposits in the bloodstream. And that further is responsible for the development of stone.
Reduce your meat intake.
If you can not stop the intake of meat, then at least try to cut its intake.
