The fact is that there are loads of methods that you can try to get white teeth. My most favorite of them all is the use of baking soda along with a pinch of salt. But make sure that you apply this paste gently, and that too once in a fortnight or so! Otherwise it mat harm your teeth as well. Here are some other methods:
You can also mix some quantity of baking soda (half tablespoon), vinegar (half teaspoon), and pinch of table salt and rub it on teeth. Rinse after 45 seconds or 50 seconds.
My second tip is that you can also use homemade natural teeth whitening powder of basal (tulsi) leaves and the dried rind of orange. It is one of the best teeth cleaner!
My third home remedy for teeth whitening is that you can mix half tablespoon baking soda with one-two drops of hydrogen peroxide and use this paste for couple of days in a week.
What you can also do is mix some half a tablespoon of baking soda and home used iodine rich salt and rub it on teeth.
Crushed walnut act as a natural cleaner for teeth and at the same time it also provides any further teeth yellowing as well.
Strawberries are perfect! Just cut them into small pieces and rub them against teeth. Studies have shown that they can even show results in just one use!
