Let me tell you my personal experience on my Morning Banana Diet. The fact is that I was never in favor of eating bananas and the case is almost two three months old only. I used to hate it like anything. My aunt used to feed me with bananas and I used to hate her for this. But gradually I started realizing that my weight is coming down at my regular level and I am finding it easy to cope up with stress and depression as well. I was surprised as to how all these things are happening.

I consulted my doctor and he asked me about my diet. I told him that I eat two bananas in the morning everyday. He immediately told me that the reason of my weight lose and coming back to my usual normal weight (from 60 to 50kg) is nothing, but eating bananas at a regular level. Here are some of the measure he told me to adopt to help improve my health further:
  • A morning banana diet is relatively simple to follow as compared to any other dieting practice. This requires the person to eat only banana/s in the morning for breakfast and along with it he should drink a glass full of lukewarm water as breakfast in the morning. Avoid milk with banana. The person is allowed to eat whatever he/she decides to eat for the whole day. But avoid junk food.
  • Bananas also play a very important role in fighting constipation as well. So the next time you face constipation, eat a banana or two and drink water!
  • at the same time bananas are an anti-fattening fruit: despite the fact that bananas are decked with mall amount of calories and very minimal fat, but still they help us in losing weight if taken in an apt manner. A person can very well eat banana without worrying about fat being absorbed by your body.
  • Other health benefits that are associated with bananas are: they contain potassium (for lower blood pressure), vitamin C (strong resistance), vitamin B6 (it is essential for brain function) and magnesium.
