Protein forms one of the most essential part of our daily diet. Our diet is incomplete without the implementation of proteins in it! It is due to the fact that proteins help a person in building lean muscles. If a person will not have ample proteins in his diet then the muscle and tissues cannot grow in a proper way. That it is recommended that a person should have a high protein diet that not only assists in building muscles but at the same time keeps a body healthier as well. This diet should be low in carbohydrate as it has saturated or trans-fat in it. It is advised that in order to increase the intake of protein in one's diet , you should eat proteins like egg, milk, meat and cheese but at the same time you should also avoid carbohydrates like potatoes, bread, pasta or rice because that are not that good for the body. These should be taken till an extent!

- Milk- Milk is geared up with loads of protein which helps in building muscles. The reality is that drinking milk is one of the most excellent ways to achieve your daily protein target. If you are engagedin milk drinking at a regular level the you will get a perfect source of protein but a person must take milk in skimmed form. It is advised that you should drink 2 cups of skim milk in a day because it is free from any kind of trans-fat. At the same time it also assists a person in speeding up the muscle recovery after lot of workout.
- Eggs- They are not only a great source of proteins but help in losing weight as well. True! The fact is that eggs are a healthy source of supplement and has a very high protein in it. The nutrients that are present in eggs are an excellent source of vitamins and nutrients that feed the muscles and tissues to become stronger.
- Fish- not one but all the fishes are a perfect source of proteins! If you are lean then fish is perfect for you as it helps a person to gain weight and build muscles rapidly. And the added advantage is that you will get loads of proteins via your diet as well. Fish must be eaten after baking it properly otherwise they may prove to be harmful. Don't mix oil and fish together!
- Red meat- a great source of proteins and also contains iron and vitamins that can help for growth of muscles.
