Child obesity proves to be one of the major health problems in most countries of the world. The worst part of obesity among children is that it can lead to several other health problems. Therefore, it is very important for parents to take action against child obesity before it's too late! In order to do this, all parents out there need to check what your children eat. They should keep in checking that their children eat right food, in right quantity. Junk food to be restricted completely.

- Salads are good to replace snacks. Include fruits and vegetables in salad your child love to eat.
- Fruits and vegetables must be included in diet. Vegetable soups can be served in breakfast.
- Milk shakes are healthy substitutes for colas. Try not to keep cakes, chocolatesand sweets at home.
- Limit time spent in front of the TV
- Eat healthy food. Try fruit salads and vegetable soups
- Baked foods are a better alternative to fried stuff
- Try sweets cooked in milk rather than oil or ghee
- Include more pulses and vegetables in your diet
- Cut out red meat; try seafood
- Fix regular times for meals
- Snack on fruits and fruit juices
- Go outside and play more. Try jogging at least two or three times a week. Cycling is also a good option.
