If you are suffering from disease like schizophrenia then start walking for short distance in a simple manner such as circling your block or your neighborhood. However, with time you may increase the length and distance of your walk. If you're able to reach 45 minutes of walking 4 times a week then you can be proud of yourself and continue the same pace for many years to come.
2) Swimming
The second most common form of exercise is the swimming, which help you raise your physical fitness. You can either go for swimming in your local pool or at a nearby beach. Keep in mind that, this activity also demands patience and determination.
3) Gymnastics
Another common way of increasing your physical level of fitness is by doing a few sets of different bending and stretching exercises. You may start by doing a few pushups for both stomach and arms.
