1.Vitamin A: Vitamin A takes the role of maintaining beautiful hair. This helps in producing healthy sebum in the hair scalp. Fish liver oil, meat, milk, cheese, eggs, spinach, broccoli, cabbage, carrots, apricots and peaches are some of the great sources of vitamin A. You are recommended to take 5,000 IU of this particular vitamin daily.

2.Vitamin C: The daily recommended dosage of vitamin C is 60 mg, which will keep your skin and hair healthy. This particular vitamin is found in citrus fruit, strawberries, kiwi, tomatoes, cantaloupe, potatoes and dark green vegetables.
