Now a one of the common problems that is spreading all over the world is food allergy! It is really horrible experience to face in daily life. The fact is that if you are suffering from even a minor food allergy, then it can affect human body very badly. Some of the common symptoms of this kind of allergy is the appearance of red rashes on skin or sometime even it can take the suffered person to death. It happens due to genetic factors also, as if any one in your family is suffering from any type of food allergy, then try to avoid that food in your home very strictly.

That will be very safer for the sufferer and the chances are that the allergy will not happen to any other member. If food allergy is a heredity problem, then try to avoid the intake of egg in the beginning only. Stop to buy that particular product causing health trouble to the family members so that they wont fell that they are missing something in their plates. Another important food allergy can take place due to having wheat. But the fact is that you cannot avoid the intake of wheat, and can not even minimize it, until and unless you are on a diet! So try to take substitutes, like rice in the afternoon, or bread (that is not made of wheat) to avoid any further complications.

Peanuts are also responsible for causing food allergies. So avoid the intake of peanuts or anything that is made up of peanuts to avoid further complications.
