If you think that you are healthy, then there are still chances that you may not be getting enough adequate nutrition.
We can really improve our health by knowing as to what kind of nutrition we need. Nutrition means the kind of food items that we intake, the amount we need, its function, and the basic materials that are required by our body to function properly.
If we manage to know all these things then, we can maintain the performance level of our body rather than being unable to perform work because of the low levels.
When we intake a particular food item, then it becomes very vital for us to understand that we should not mix raw food with cooked food, as this will accommodate acid in our stomach.
This acid does not mix well in case of the intake of raw foods and will create indigestion in our stomach. Another thing that we should
know is that we should try to stay with organic foods due to the amount of pesticides which are used on the non-organic foods. Different kinds of food items which are mixed together can cause an imbalance in the body.
I will give you an example: when we intake a food item which is rich in both fats and simple carbohydrates, then we tend to become tired and exhausted. The main reason behind all these is that our tissues are not able to get enough oxygen.
On the other hand, Carbohydrates are simple as well as complex. Simple carbohydrates are not beneficial while complex ones are good for us. So when we intake mixed varieties of food items and send mixed messages to our body then it causes disorder and disease. It all happens because we are not equipped with a good knowledge about nutritions. It is beneficial to keep at least three hours or more between the meals, before another meal should be eaten.
