Home Remedies To Cure Diabetes:

Mango leaves: These can help in combating diabetic attacks. You must know that after boiling three to four pieces of mango leaves and drinking it in the morning, will decrease the level of sugar.

Bitter gourd: It is really very beneficial for diabetes. Just remove the seeds and soak them in one cup of water. Drain and drink it in the morning.
Celery, cucumber, string beans, and garlic can reduce the glucose level in the blood

Green plantain is also very beneficial for diabetes. Wash and peel them . Then put the peel in the bottle. Fill it with water. Drink this mixture three to four times a day.
Cinnamon helps in lowering sugar levels in the blood. Add some cinnamon powder in one liter boiling water. Boil it on low flame for twenty minutes and strain. Drink at least one liter of this mixture everyday.
Soybeans are very good for diabetes. They help in reducing the weight as well are good for health also.
Cucumbers, onions, and tomatoes are really very beneficial in treating diabetes. Just dice them into a salad. Eat daily.
Half-an-hour walk everyday will help you treat the problem.
Use a good amount of garlic in your daily diet.
Add some almonds in a bowl of water before you sleep. In the morning get the almond out of the water, peel them and eat.
Cinnamon tea is very good in maintaining the sugar levels in your body.

Amla (Indian goose berry) is very beneficial in treating diabetes.
